In addition
to our staff, Quail Roost RV Campground has an amazing number of
very talented campers, who enjoy spending their time helping out with
our special projects.
It is our campers
themselves that make Quail Roost RV Campground
such a terrific place to spend the
winter. From having crazy-themed pot lucks, to helping out when
another camper has a problem, to piling into cars at the last minute
for lunch or supper, to learning how to paint or build something out
of wood, there is NO chance to be bored.

Jack (Equipment Maintenance.) This talented guy is the very first person who came onboard here at
Quail Roost back in 1995. At that time, the Park was smaller,
and Jack (along with Nancy and Randy) "did it all!" Now, being
semi-retired, Jack takes care of all of our maintenance equipment,
which is no small job. We have lots of equipment, and he keeps
it all looking and working like brand-new!

Roberto is our Master
Painter and head of our Maintenance crew. "Bob" as we sometimes call him, joined our family in 2000. He is
our master of just about everything, and coordinates
the other "family" members and our various projects. He's a
full-timer here at Quail Roost, and devotes many hours to making sure
we look our best

Joan--Office. Joan and her husband Lloyd came
with us as campers in 2002, and Joan became our "Gal Friday" in the
fall of 2007. More than likely, she'll be the first person you
meet upon entering our campground. Besides all her office duties
and a slew of other things she does here, she is also one of our
campground hosts. Joan enjoys being involved in the camper
activities, and you're bound to run into her smiling face just about
everywhere you go in the Park!

Marcia and Clyde are
one of our "snowbird" couples, having come here first as campers in
2004, and then joining the "family" in January of 2005. Clyde
works as a part of our grounds/maintenance crew, and Marcia is one of
our winter housekeeping staff. Both of these "family" members
can and will do whatever is asked of them, and we look forward to
their return each and every year.

Doreen (Office). Another "snowbird" that you will find in the
office during the winter season, giving Joan some time off. She
and her husband have been coming to Quail Roost since 2006, and
she joined the "family" in the fall of 2008. She and
her husband are
quite the dancers, and you'll always see them at our dances, as well
as at a lot of the other Park activities.

Dori--Activities Director,
yet another
"snowbird" coming each season, does an excellent job of coordinating
our campers and activities. She is always checking out new
things, and does her best to make sure there is something here for
everyone. Dori first came to Quail Roost as a camper in 2006,
and joined our "family" in 2007. We look forward each year to
what new things she'll have our campers enjoying.

Tom and Mary joined our "family" in the spring of
2008. Tom loves the outdoors (especially the
Florida summers) and helps to keep our Park grounds manicured.
You'll also find him around our fish pond, making sure it's clean and
the fish are healthy. Mary loves projects, and you'll find her
mostly in her unit, working on posters, brochures, our websites, and
anything else we can think of to keep her busy!

Patti and Jimmy first came to Quail Roost as campers in the summer of
2008. They joined our "family" in the spring of 2009, Patti
heading up our housekeeping crew, and Jimmy joining in the
maintenance/grounds department. Both Patti and Jimmy wear other
"hats" here at Quail Roost, and actively participate in a variety of
camp activities. It won't take you long to discover that Patti
really enjoys life here at Quail Roost!

Drew came to Quail Roost just for the summer of 2009 to help out our
maintenance and grounds crew. However, he and his wife Cathy
decided to stay with us for a while. Cathy now helps in the
housekeeping area, and both she and Drew enjoy interacting with our
campers and participating in our scheduled activities.

Rick and Pat are our latest family members, having arrived in August 2009. Rick's skills will be a big help to our
maintenance and grounds crew, and Pat is an all-around gal, and will
"float" wherever needed!
